Smith began skating when she was 5 years old in Learn to Skate classes after watching Meryl Davis and Charlie White at the Sochi Olympic Games and she "skated" around her living room ... Previously skated with Andy Deng, winning bronze at the 2022 Junior Grand Prix Final.

McPike followed his older siblings into the sport at age 2.
