Stapert started skating at age 4 ... When her mom took her to the ice rink for the first time, Stapert pointed to the medals and told her, "I want to do that." ... Loves the creativity and freedom skating gives her, as well as how she can express herself. 

Korotcov started skating after watching his sister ... Loves being able to express myself on the ice and show powerful emotions to the audience.
