Parsons began skating at age 7 because he wanted to improve his hockey skating ... Previously competed with younger sister Rachel, with whom he won a World Junior title and U.S. junior title in 2017 ... Also competed with Kristina Rexford, with whom he won the novice pewter medal at the 2010 U.S. Championships.
