McNamara began skating at age 2 and a half because her mother would take her to the rink so she could exercise ... At age 5, began taking lessons from Elena Novak and joined the Wheaton Ice Dance Academy ... Previously skated with Quinn Carpenter with whom she won the World Junior title in 2016 and the U.S. pewter medal in 2019.
Spiridonov comes from a skating family who inspired him to skate ... Previously skated with Yana Buga, Leticia Marsh and Polina Pankova ... Was previously coached by Elena Garanina, Alexander Zhulin, Igor Shpilband and Marina Zoueva.

McNamara graduated on the honor roll and Principal's List at Connelly School of the Holy Child in Potomac, Maryland in 2017 ... Currently studying at the University of Maryland ... Comes from a big family including four including four brothers (Kevin, Brendan, Martin and Peter) who all played hockey and one sister, Elizabeth, who is a ballet dancer ... Parents are Thomas (doctor) and Anne ... Has a Pomapoo named Tilly ... Received the St. Martin's Young Alumni Award ... Volunteers at St. Martin's Food Pantry and Little Sisters of the Poor ... Loves theater and going to Broadway shows ... Enjoys listening to and singing music from the 60s, 70s and 80s ... Also enjoys dancing, yoga, cooking, reading and playing with her dog.
Spiridonov's parents are Elena Garanina, who was the 1981 World Universiade champion for Russia and a two-time Skate America medalist, and Valeriy Spiridonov, who skated internationally for Russia ... His brother Maxim Zavozin was the 2005 World Junior champion, 2004 Junior Grand Prix Final champion and two-time U.S. junior champion ... Also has two dogs ... Dreams of being a world class coach and choreographer after his skating career ... Enjoys going on very long runs, cooking and playing video games.
