The 2018 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating opened with Skate America in Everett, Washington, quickly followed by Skate Canada International in Laval, Quebec. See how Team USA performed in the opening competitions, read about Kimmie Meissner's good news and more in this week's Icebreakers below!
  1. Madison Hubbell, Zach Donohue Win Skate Canada, Into Grand Prix Final (NBC Sports) –  U.S. champions Madison Hubbell and Zachary Donohue become the first skaters to qualify for December's Grand Prix Final by winning the first two Grand Prix events.
